A Few Relaxing Days

 

This evening I went to a friend’s private club mainly because I had arranged to meet with some of my friends. Among them were two young children from the impoverished mountainous regions of Tibet. Someone sponsored their trip to Beijing so they could come and watch the Olympic Games. I met with them, we talked, and they even sang songs for me as well.

 

American boxer Evander Holyfield, Chris Tucker, and Quincy Jones were also in Beijing to watch the Olympic Games so I took advantage of this opportunity and had a gathering with everyone.

In the evening of the following day, I had dinner at a place that was close to the Bird’s Nest Stadium and Shui Li Fang (Beijing National Aquatics Center). Since I was in the area, I had an opportunity to take some night scenery photos of the two stadiums. Everyone take a look and enjoy:

I took the next three photos to show you how the Water Cube changes colors. I think it is spectacular!

轻松的几天：

          今天晚上，我到了朋友的私人会所，目的就是跟一些朋友见面。其中，有两位小朋友是来自藏族贫困山区的，有人资助他们来到北京看奥运会。他们来到跟我见面聊天并唱歌给我听。

          另外，还有拳手伊万德．霍利菲尔德（Evander Holyfield）、克里斯．塔克（Chris Tucker）和昆西琼斯（Quincy Jones）等等，他们都来到北京看奥运，借机大家聚一聚。

          第二天晚上，我在鸟巢和水立方附近吃饭的时候，我乘机拍了一些两个场馆的夜景，大家欣赏欣赏：
